Job Description

Your role

As our Service Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person who keeps everything ticking behind the scenes. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, working closely with both our internal teams and valued customers. From coordinating service visits to keeping the paperwork tight and spotting opportunities for growth, your role is all about keeping the engine running smoothly — with a smile!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and Coordination – Organising site visits, reactive servicing, and annual maintenance visits.
  • Stakeholder Communication – Liaising with teams, customers, and contractors.
  • Billing and Database Management – Managing service and maintenance payments.
  • Admin and Documentation – Processing orders, quotes, and maintaining records.
  • Customer Engagement – Handling inquiries, emails, and supporting customer service.
  • Sales – Identifying opportunities to sell annual maintenance packages.
  • Invoicing – Proactive, regular and timely invoicing.

  • Scheduling electrical work and contractor coordination
  • Booking and managing appointments
  • Experience in Computerised Maintenance Management System
  • Experience working in tiered support teams (L1-L4)
