Job Description
The Channels and Partnerships Specialist is part of the Channels and Partnerships team in Growth Markets and reports to the Head of Channels and Partnership. It plays a critical role in ensuring Australia households realise the benefits of renewable technology by delivering Intellihub’s smart meter and behind the meter solutions successfully in the best customer experience possible.
The Channels and Partnerships Specialist is responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving operating processes related to each market it is responsible for. It is also responsible for contributing to key performance metrics in the market(s).
Your Key Accountabilities
- Deliver day to day operational activities to maintain delivery of customer projects.
- Work directly with teams from the external partner, as well as other delivery partners, to deliver exceptional day to day customer/partner experience.
- Proactively identify operational improvement opportunities of our end-to-end systems and processes to continuously enhance.
- Critically assess operational issues as they arise and identify and implement solutions to address them.
- Develop and execute processes using agile automation and system tools.
- Contribute to the attainment of key growth metrics through successful operational delivery.
- Be Intellihub’s key point of contact for day-to-day operational queries related to the relevant partnership.
- Support the Channels and Partnerships Leads on strategic decisions and operational improvements in one or multiple channels.
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment and contribute to continual improvement in quality and performance at Intellihub by complying with all relevant policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Engineering
- Proven demonstrable customer-facing experience in managing and delivering operational outcomes (mandatory)
- Experience of working in a role in the Energy supply chain is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the construction, property & building management sector is highly desirable.
- Experience of working in a complex and challenging environment and fast-moving team.
- A team player who can work with uncertainty and change.
- Excellent people skills and developing professional relationships.
- Ability to proactively execute action plans to meet strategic targets & metrics.
