Job Description

As the Compliance Lead, you’ll play a pivotal, hands-on role in shaping the compliance landscape across the entire Intellihub Group. You'll not only apply your deep compliance expertise but also drive innovation by automating compliance management, monitoring, and audits. This is a high-impact position where you'll work closely with managers and senior leaders to ensure we meet regulatory standards and ISO certifications. You'll be the go-to expert, supporting all group businesses in maintaining top-tier compliance plans, processes, and fostering a culture of accountability. This role is a part-time 0.8FTE position (4 days a week).

  • Support the implementation of Group-wide compliance program to manage risks.
  • Contribute to the design and embedding of a strong compliance culture.
  • Support compliance matters, including policy reviews and program maintenance.
  • Ensure ongoing regulatory and certification compliance, including risk identification and advice.
  • Oversee Group ISO certifications (27001, 9001, 45001, 14001).
  • Support and execute the internal audit plan.
  • Prepare detailed compliance reports for Executive and Governance committees.
  • Draft and implement internal policies and compliance programs. 

Qualifications

You will bring a strong mix of experience and education, with a proven ability to oversee and automate compliance management. Your ISO auditor certification and expert strategic advice will enable you to engage and influence senior leadership and allow you to manage high-level projects and present sensitive information with confidence.
