Job Description
As a Material Handler here at Intelligrated, you will play a vital role in supporting our supply chain operations by efficiently managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products. Your efforts will ensure that production lines are well-stocked and that inventory is accurately maintained to meet customer demand and operational goals.
You will report directly to our Supply Chain Manager and you’ll work out of our West Chester, OH location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the smooth flow of materials within the facility, contributing to operational efficiency, timely production schedules, and overall customer satisfaction through effective inventory handling and control.
Qualifications
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and products to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment or production as per work orders and schedules.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move inventory within the warehouse or production areas.
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas to support safety and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with inventory planners and production teams to ensure material availability and timely replenishment.
- Report discrepancies or issues related to inventory and material handling to management promptly.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience in material handling or warehouse operations within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Knowledge of safe operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Ability to accurately follow inventory control procedures and maintain organized storage areas.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software to track materials and shipments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.

- Physical stamina to handle lifting, standing, and moving materials throughout the shift.
