Job Description

We have a newly created role for a Global Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Lead to join us and manage our high performing SDR team and align SDR goals with our US and APAC go-to-market plans to ensure we achieve our growth targets. 

Reporting to the SVP, Sales - APAC this role will suit someone who can independently source new business opportunities, inspire and lead a team to achieve consistent activity levels, supervise the quality and consistency of communications and assist our sales operations function with SDR performance reporting.  This is a player/coach role, where you will be playing alongside the team owning your own KPI’s in addition to the Global SDR team.

 

Key focuses include but aren’t limited to:

  • Motivate SDRs to exceed goals through coaching and incentives
  • Monitor and refine lead processes; continually optimise SFDC and other selling tools to improve SDR productivity
  • Work with sales to optimise pipeline creation and efficient lead handoff
  • Identify target accounts and prospects and then effectively pitch IntelligenceBank to set appointments with qualified prospects
  • Analyse data to identify trends and communicate appropriately to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in utilising and managing Salesforce and data.
  • Results-driven and metrics-focused.
  • Proven success as a sales professional with the ability to lead the SDR team by example.
  • Passion for training, motivating and coaching in a fast-growth environment.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of martech is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Sales Navigator, Outreach.io and Salesforce CRM software needed.
