All team members are encouraged to continually inspect, adapt and experiment, looking for opportunities to improve individually and as a team so a growth attitude is a must.

While no two days will be exactly the same, the core responsibilities of the role include:

  • Working with sales (both New Business and Customer Success) to improve conversion and sales person efficiency.
  • Own sales best practice - work with Sales leadership to analyse and develop best practice methodology for the Sales process.

  • Own and evolve our sales technology stack.  Be one of the key Administrators of Salesforce working closely with finance, sales and marketing.
  • Work closely with marketing to improve lead identification and lead conversion along the lead/opportunity funnel
  • Management and oversight of sales KPI reports and dashboards, delivering insights and recommendations for improvements.  Conduct in-depth sales reporting and analysis monthly and quarterly.
  • Own and optimise sales enablement technology stack including CRM, proposal software, lead tracking software, and outbound software.  Manage integrations and keep track of innovations and upgrades and ensure the best of the breed is in use.
  • Manage changes for pricing, new products and changes to packages
  • Analyse lead and pipeline quality weekly and monthly to optimise marketing and outbound campaigns
  • Automate reports and present data to sales, marketing, customer success, product and marketing teams about sales and insights from the data.
