As part of our ongoing growth, we have a newly created role for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our Customer Success Implementation team. Reporting to the Delivery Director, this is a ‘player/coach’ role that oversees the management of a portfolio of allocated projects, as well as day to day management oversight of a team of Implementation Managers.
Key focuses of the role include but are not limited to the following:
Lead, mentor and oversee all implementation delivery projects to ensure they are delivered on time and to a high-quality standard.
Manage relationships with senior client contacts and other leadership to provide key leadership, oversight and recommendations for projects.
Identify opportunities to improve other structural, process and operational systems required by the business or client.
Manage the overall workload of your own projects and those of your designated team of the implementation team to ensure projects are delivered professionally, on time and on budget.
Create a culture of passion, continuous learning and education, high quality standards, great communication and excellence amongst your team members.
Become a product expert, learn how to ‘wrap’ IntelligenceBank around customer use cases so implementations can be thoughtful solutions.
For larger projects, engage with new business scoping & estimating activities, including providing resource estimates & capacity management oversight. This is always tracked in a detailed project plan and schedule.
Establish clearly defined goals, objectives, responsibilities, competencies and development plans for each member of the team, with support and input from the VP, Customer Success where needed.
Ensure team members are appropriately skilled and/or trained to deliver their roles and have systems and processes established to ensure quality of their outputs.
We’re looking for a proven people leader who possesses a technical mindset and is keen to get in on the ground floor of a growing business. You’re comfortable working at pace and in a greenfield environment. Implementation delivery experience within a SaaS/software or professional services consulting business
Passion for solving business and technology challenges with leading edge solutions
Energetic, motivated and driven with highly developed relationship skills
Well-developed mediation and negotiation skills
People management skills
Technical understanding: Single Sign On, APIs, Integrations.
Exposure to large marketing team-based environments
HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, Java, Zapier integration experience
Proven experience delivering implementation solutions to external clients
