Job Description

As our business grows, we’re looking for an experienced SaaS Implementation Delivery Lead to join our Customer Success team and help us ensure delivery of high-quality implementation and onboarding experiences to all clients utilising IntelligenceBank’s OOTB software capabilities. There are a number of aspects that will contribute to the success of this role including but not limited to:

  • Ensuring a thorough handover of new implementation projects from new business and Customer Success team

  • Undertaking all necessary tasks from handover to completed implementation, including handover to Customer Success team

  • Driving adherence to project timelines to ensure timely completion

  • Managing relationships with senior client contacts and other leadership to provide key leadership, oversight and recommendations for projects.

  • Building trusted relationships with clients for the benefit of the business

  • Hands on configuration of client platforms to agreed scope

  • Assigning and reviewing work to other implementation team members/resources 

  • Identifying opportunities to improve other structural, process and operational systems required by the business or client.

Qualifications

About You

We’re looking for a customer focused individual who possesses a technical mindset and keen interest in MarTech solutions. You’re comfortable working at pace and in a greenfield environment. To ensure your success in the role we do have a few key requirements so read on and see if any of these align with your skills and experience;

  • Implementation delivery experience within a SaaS/software or professional services consulting business

  • Passion for solving business and technology challenges with leading edge solutions

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills

  • Well-developed mediation and negotiation skills

  • Exposure to large marketing team-based environments

  • Proven experience delivering complex solutions to large and enterprise size clients

  • Experience in delivering training to groups of technology users
