Job Description

With a rapidly expanding growth and product team, we’re looking for a motivated and technically minded Product Manager to join our Product team and drive, manage and service our integrations platforms and services to create a complete ecosystem for our customers.

Reporting to the VP of Product, you'll be responsible for managing the exploration, definition and delivery of prioritised integrations through our extensive development network. Here's a snapshot of what you'll do day to day:

  • Own the governance and management of our internal iPaas platforms (Zapier & Workato) for both internal and external stakeholders, providing a simple plug-and-play integration option to our users.

  • Support and educate internal stakeholders on the benefits and capabilities of our API and iPaas platforms, and proactively look for new opportunities to leverage our API to solve customer problems.

  • Support product managers in the writing of the API calls design and specifications for internal projects and maintain both public and internal API documentation.

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand key use cases and requirements for existing and planned integrations.

  • Identify and validate the needs for new integrations, and enhancements to existing ones, and influence our integration strategy & roadmap.

  • Maintain and expand our out-of-the-box native integrations (Salesforce, Adobe Creative Cloud, Drupal, Wordpress, etc).

  • Source and project manage resources required for the development, implementation and maintenance of new native integrations.

  • Drive the definition of new processes and operational models for improving the quality and scalability of our integration ecosystem.

  • Write granular specifications and user stories articulating requirements of a new feature or integration.

  • Engage and motivate members of the delivery team to maintain quality and ensure we are delivering value to meet our customers needs

  • Create, maintain and optimise onboarding and learning materials to drive awareness and adoption, in close collaboration with other departments (sales, support, marketing).

About You

We’re looking for a customer focused individual who possesses a technical mindset and is keen to get in on the ground floor of a growing business. To ensure your success in the role we do have a few key requirements so read on and see if any of these align with your skills and experience;

  • You have experience working with APIs and/or iPaas platforms, with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment). Any coding experience and/or knowledge of Javascript would be a plus.

  • Ideally you have worked in, have exposure to the advertising or marketing industry either via agency or client side 

  • You're customer-centric and focussed on solving problems for our customers through product capabilities

  • You are able to navigate diverse customer requirements and advocate for a common product integration scope.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise among competing priorities and articulate the rationale behind decisions

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, the ability to influence without authority

  • You strive to create and optimise processes and increase efficiency; ensuring partners and team members feel well served and supported.

  • You are exceptionally well organised and able to efficiently handle tasks at a high frequency while ensuring quality.

  • You're resourceful, self-motivated, positive, high energy, and have a ‘can-do’ mindset!
