Intelerad is seeking a Partnership Manager to lead our strategic partnerships, designed to further augment our world-leading medical imaging solutions. We’re looking for an experienced individual who excels in collaborating and influencing in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This individual will have a strong background in identifying high-potential partners, negotiating partner contracts, onboarding new commercial relationships and nurturing partnerships to ensure mutually beneficial success.
The Partnership Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization including R&D, Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Support, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. He/She will help Intelerad optimally leverage its partnerships, ideally finding win-win strategies for Intelerad and its partners. He/She will also help develop new partnerships which support product strategies, addressing product or service ‘gaps’, or identifying new sales channels.
This highly motivated person will have the ability and desire to have a significant impact on the future of Intelerad. The successful candidate will be a multi-dimensional operator who drives not only on the basis of important past experiences but also considers new approaches and developments that occur in the market.
Conduct Build, Buy, Partner assessments for needed product capabilities
Evaluate potential partnerships to complete the solution
Forecast, record and review the performance of the partner and present status reports to management
Represent the business relationship/need with the collaboration of our Legal team during the contracting process
Bring internal teams together in a unified effort to support the partnerships we build: Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Support, Pre-Sales
Develop and measure specific measures and leading indicators to measure success of the partnership
Lead the onboarding process for any new partner
Be our primary contact point with a partner for:
New products made available by the partner
Partner product enhancements/versions
Changes in partner service offerings
Assistance in closing key deals involving our partners and their solutions
Nurture relationships to ensure mutually beneficial success
Research and develop relationships with potential new solution providers
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent; MBA or Masters a strong asset
Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management/Marketing
Demonstrating experience managing business to business partnerships
Knowledge of end-to-end partnership management activities and demonstrated ability to facilitate complex and time sensitive decisions
Exceptional project management skills with demonstrated capability in complex environments
Strong business acumen
Easily establishes rapport and effective relationships, while driving accountability for shared results
Able to build and sustain strong relationships at multiple levels internally and with partners; high emotional intelligence and an ability to challenge in a nuanced way. Influencing areas of the business that are not under direct control will be critical.
Experience with a rapidly scaling technology/software business is a plus
