Job Description

Purpose

The Deal Management Coordinator main responsibility is to generate and follow-up quotes for Intelerad products and services and to prepare relevant reporting. The ideal candidate will be quickly up to speed with knowledge of Intelerad products and services and will stay current on trends in the medical imaging industry.

 

Main accountabilities

  • Quote Generation, Fulfillment and Invoicing
    • Prepare in a timely manner accurate price quotes

    • Adjust pricing with technical specifications and scope described in statements of work (SOW)  

    • Align customers quotes with current contracts, amendments, and previous quotes

    • Follow-up on acceptance and success of quotes, installation, and payment

  • Third Party Suppliers
    • Maintain accurate pricing and information for product suppliers

    • Request 3rd party quotes, create related quote, create purchase orders
  • Other tasks
    • Input and maintain data related to quotes, renewals, amendments, etc. in ERP system, CRM, and other systems with updated information and liaise with internal departments when relevant such as Project Managers, Account Management, Sales, Invoicing

    • Draft amendments related to accepted quotes

    • Support pricing for contract renewals

  • Participate in any project deemed necessary by the organization.

Qualifications

Pre-requisites

  • Bachelor degree in administration or commerce
  • Practical knowledge of statement of work, quotations and pricing processes
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in software or managed services industry
  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Aptitude for sales, strong analytical skills
  • Bilingual (English / French – oral / written)

  • Experience in medical imaging industry; must be able to learn industry specific, proprietary software.
