About the position:
Intelehealth is dedicated to developing a strong implementation team to support health organization in the use of the Intelehealth technology platform to drive the improvement of health status of underserved populations. We're looking for a Project Manager who will be managing the implementation of Intelehealth’s telemedicine projects globally. This role will involve operational management of the projects and to work closely with technical and non-technical staff involved in deployment. The position will involve travel to remote but safe locations globally.

Job Description

As a Partnerships Executive at Intelehealth, a typical day might include:

  • Identify and develop opportunities for introducing Intelehealth with INGOs and NGOs in India

  • Maintain existing & new partnerships with NGO stakeholders, including institutions in health and the public health community

  • Develop proposals, create evidence-based resources and communicate about Intelehealth to senior management officials in NGOs

  • Maintain documentation of meetings and communications between Intelehealth and our partners

  • Actively participate in team calls or meetings

  • Strategically identify and develop key NGO relationships that support the advocacy strategies of Intelehealth

  • Develop and implement NGO partnership strategies as aligned with and contributing to the overall objectives

  • Domestic and international travel will be required

  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities including implementation partners and funders

  • Increasing the value of current partners while attracting new ones

  • Developing quotes and proposals for partners and funders

Qualifications

You have:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A background in public health, public policy or, economics/social work, social entrepreneurship, Bachelors or higher degree in related field

  • Min 1-3 years experience working with government / managing partnerships

  • Proven ability to manage professional relationships and to work under pressure

  • Proven experience in the development sector, civic tech, B2G sales, particularly global health

  • Experience working with remote team members

  • Experience working independently

Skills:

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work effectively on multiple projects

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially relating to partnership management and professional fluency in English

  • Committed to achieving results and proven perseverance to reach goals

  • Willingness to travel around 40% of the time (this may include within base location)

  • Strong creative problem-solving, teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent documentation skills
