Senior Product Manager - Provider Rebate Management

  • Full-time
  • Business Unit (Internal): AI, Product & Technology

Company Description

IntegriChain is the data and application backbone for market access departments of Life Sciences manufacturers. More than 250 manufacturers rely on our ICyte Platform to orchestrate commercial and government payer contracting, patient services, and distribution channels. ICyte unites the financial, operational, and commercial data sets required to support therapy access in the era of specialty and precision medicine, freeing our customers' best talent to focus on data-driven decisions rather than labor-intensive processes.

We are headquartered in Philadelphia, PA (USA), with offices in Pune, India; and Medellín, Colombia. We offer a hybrid working environment, with periodic visits to office locations for workshops and team collaboration, and occasional international travel based on business need.

Pharma companies give back roughly $0.50 in discounts for every $1.00 of gross revenue they book — in the US alone, that's over $500 billion a year in rebates, chargebacks, and off-invoice concessions, and a meaningful share of it is lost to waste, fraud, and process complexity. Provider Rebate Management sits at the center of that problem: it's how manufacturers calculate, validate, and pay the rebates owed to providers under complex, ever-changing contract terms. We're investing in AI and data science to help close that gap, and we need a Senior Product Manager to own this domain end-to-end.

This is a role for a self-starter — someone who defines where the product should go, not someone who waits to be told. You'll own the roadmap and strategy for Provider Rebate Management, sit close enough to customer workflows to know the pain points that never make it into a requirements doc, and be trusted to make hard tradeoffs when priorities collide. You'll operate as a decision-maker at the center of Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and customer-facing teams — equally comfortable briefing upper management on strategy and pairing with an engineer on acceptance criteria the same afternoon.

This role offers flexibility, but candidates must reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or New York and be within a reasonable travel distance of our Philadelphia office, as regular in-person collaboration is required.

Job Description

  • Own and evolve the multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap (6+ quarters) for Provider Rebate Management, tied to company objectives and real customer needs.
  • Act as the self-starter who sets direction for the domain — identifying where the solution needs to go next, not just executing a backlog handed to you.
  • Lead discovery with customers, internal managed services teams, and domain consultants to validate real problems in provider rebate calculation, contract compliance, and payment processing before building solutions.
  • Map the business processes behind how pharma teams administer provider rebates — the workarounds, edge cases, and pain points that don't show up in a requirements doc.
  • Translate validated problems into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and business context that engineers can build from confidently.
  • Facilitate prioritization with stakeholders using structured frameworks — value vs. effort, risk reduction, strategic alignment — not gut feel or whoever talks loudest.
  • Build business cases for new investments — market sizing, competitive positioning, revenue impact — and present them to senior leadership.
  • Partner with Engineering and QA through sprint planning, estimation, and delivery, proactively identifying risks and dependencies and driving them to resolution.
  • Own release readiness for Provider Rebate Management: coordinate across Marketing, Solutions, Support, and Operations so launches land without surprises.
  • Identify and champion opportunities to apply AI, LLMs, and agentic automation to reduce manual toil in rebate processing and data stewardship.
  • Represent the product in customer-facing conversations, translating feedback into actionable decisions.
  • Coach and mentor business analysts on discovery, problem framing, and prioritization.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive product management experience with demonstrated ownership of complex products — including time spent at a product/software company, in addition to any industry experience.
  • A self-starter track record: comfortable defining strategy and owning a roadmap in ambiguous, fast-moving environments rather than waiting for direction.
  • Experience in US Pharmaceutical Market Access strongly preferred — Provider Rebates, Commercial Contracting, Pricing, Claims Adjudication, or Chargebacks.
  • Strong understanding of US Healthcare and Life Sciences systems, data, and operational workflows.
  • Proven ability to lead within Agile (Scrum) environments and partner effectively with Engineering and QA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to brief upper management and executives on strategy one day and work through acceptance criteria with engineering peers the next.
  • Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and modern product lifecycle management tools.
