IntegriChain seeks a detail-oriented and collaborative Product Analyst to join our growing Product Management team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, and who is passionate about making an impact in the life sciences industry.

You will play a key role in translating business needs into functional requirements, ensuring alignment with agile development teams, and supporting the success of our product releases. What this role entails:  

• Business Requirements and User Story elicitation, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis.
• Analyze and consult on features, enhancements, or other requests
• Interprets requirements and translates them into detailed processes or technical needs for the consumption of the agile team
• Partners with the agile team to ensure a clear understanding of user stories
• Work with QA for each sprint/release, including defining test conditions/scenarios and reviewing test plans. Conduct white-glove testing for each story.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of release notes and sprint & release demos.
• Lead and manage bug triage and defect resolution process
• Understanding of the Pharmaceutical Domain and/or Contracts & Pricing application expertise

What you’ll bring to the table:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role within a SaaS or healthcare technology organization.
• Demonstrated experience writing user stories, process mapping, and supporting agile teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and agile product management tools.
• Attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry operations, especially Contracts & Pricing, is a strong plus.
