Job Description
IntegriChain seeks a detail-oriented and collaborative Product Analyst to join our growing Product Management team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, and who is passionate about making an impact in the life sciences industry.
You will play a key role in translating business needs into functional requirements, ensuring alignment with agile development teams, and supporting the success of our product releases. What this role entails:
- Conduct user story and business requirement gathering through stakeholder interviews, document analysis, use cases, and process workflows.
- Analyze product feature requests and enhancements; consult with stakeholders to align on feasibility and business value.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for agile teams.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure a shared understanding of deliverables.
- Perform white-glove testing for stories and collaborate with QA to define test conditions and validate output.
- Lead bug triage, track defect resolution, and ensure quality standards for releases.
- Assist in the creation of sprint demos and release notes to support internal and external communication.
- Support internal readiness for releases, including knowledge sharing and documentation.
- Apply expertise in the pharmaceutical/life sciences domain, ideally with experience in Contracts & Pricing applications.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role within a SaaS or healthcare technology organization.
- Demonstrated experience writing user stories, process mapping, and supporting agile teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and agile product management tools.
- Attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry operations, especially Contracts & Pricing, is a strong plus.
