Job Description
Mission:
IntegriChain is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Data Management Analyst with strong communication skills for our Master Data Management team. The team ensures that the quality of IntegriChain’s master data elements (including, but not limited to, healthcare providers and facilities master data) are maintained to the highest standard for our customers, and in instances where these quality standards cannot be met, both internal and external stakeholders should be engaged to seek resolution. Working on this team, candidates would develop and then leverage their knowledge to support pharmaceutical manufacturers by investigating and resolving master data issues that obstruct or obscure the Channel Visibility. They would also contribute to the continued development of the team’s processes and tools, making use of new resources and techniques as they become available and areas for growth are identified.
This role requires an investigative mind, strong communication skills, and high attention to detail, as well as the ability to recognize and advance opportunities for improvement in existing processes.
Duties:
As a Senior Master Data Management Analyst
- Follow the standard operating procedure surrounding IntegriChain’s master data operations to review and update master data elements related to:
- Healthcare Providers and Facilities Master data
- Parenting hierarchy
- Data Enrichment
- Other ad hoc MDM activities as needed
- Monitor/support/resolve open issues to ensure that they are addressed within a defined time frame.
- Assist in training new MDM Analysts, and act as an escalation point for complex data investigations
- Access, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL, MS Excel, and Python
- Resolution of Master data exceptions queue
- Effective and crisp communication to team leaders and internal stakeholders around data anomalies or status of master data assignments.
- Assist Data Management Office in tracking day-to-day activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of experience working in a master data capacity,
- Adept at internet research utilizing websites and web portals/databases
- Eagerness to identify issues and accurately resolve data quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with the US Health Care Industry, specifically around mastering Health Care Organizations, is a plus
- Experience working with Excel and SQL is a plus
- Organized with an ability to prioritize and consistently follow-through
- Flexible and Adaptable to feedback
- Capable of working both autonomous and in a team
