Job Description

IntegriChain is seeking a polished, detail-oriented, India-based professional to provide ongoing customer support to the most innovative life sciences and pharmaceutical companies in the world. 

This role, within the SaaS & BPaaS practice at IntegriChain, is part of an elite team who leverage their Life Sciences domain expertise to analyze, model, and synthesize information to provide compliance insights to our State Price Transparency Reporting (SPTR) customers. The analyst will work alongside our US and Pune based teams of seasoned industry experts to provide prompt, accurate, and compliant support to our customers.

In order to be successful the analyst will need to excel in a fast paced environment in order to provide required deliverables to customers as well as be growth oriented to transition into the main communication lead on customer accounts. This individual will be responsible for maintaining compliance for the accounts they oversee and need to be able to manage the end to end project workflow across multiple customers at the same time.

The position requires refined critical thinking skills: aggressively seeking information and answers, managing expectations while meeting commitments, always delivering work of utmost quality, on time, and communicating effectively throughout. This candidate has a naturally inquisitive mindset, a desire to quickly learn the complexities of the pharmaceutical landscape as well as the ability to demonstrate high-level analytical and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities:

  • Support projects and customer engagements where IntegriChain is providing ongoing strategic, operational and compliance SPTR support
  • Provide strategic guidance and operational support related to State Price Transparency reporting obligations including the preparation of reports
  • Create deliverables of utmost quality for customers, manage timelines internally and externally, and provide on or ahead of time delivery to ensure customer account satisfaction in order to encourage referrals, drive incremental revenue opportunities, and ensure renewal business on existing accounts
  • Manage multiple projects and responsibilities in parallel, while ensuring timely delivery and responses to customer requests
  • Work within a rapidly growing organization where cross-functional communication is important and a willingness to evolve and adapt to changing organization needs and challenges is imperative
  • Understand the overall organization structure and interplay of the various segments within IntegriChain
  • Generate and review all pricing reporting data necessary to ensure compliance with all statutory state reporting requirements.
  • Align with customers to ensure all data gathered for reports is reviewed, approved, documented, and submitted in compliance with each state obligation
  • Effectively communicate between internal/external client stakeholders
  • Stay abreast of trends and regulations to ensure effectiveness and compliance

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Minimum B.A. / B.S.
  • Life Sciences industry experience suggested
  • Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of cross-functional team work
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent business analytical skills, a high accuracy rate, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to “think on their feet” and suggest alternatives and solutions
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

Preferred Requirements: 

  • Proficient in Google Suite - Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides
