Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's People & Culture needs and ensuring our employees are equipped with the tools they need to succeed.

In this role, you will partner with leaders across departments to provide strategic HR solutions and drive the implementation of HR programs and initiatives as the connective “glue” for the organization. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding a range of HR matters including culture and connectivity, performance management, employee engagement, positive employee relations, Human Capital Management Systems, compensation cycle management and leave management. Additionally, you will work closely with our HR team to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and help create an inclusive and engaging work environment.

Some Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR topics including performance management, employee engagement, and career development
  • Partner with the HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Org and Talent Development) to develop and deliver HR programs and resources
  • Serves as the initial contact and liaison for intake and assessment of employee issues and complaints
  • Champion HR initiatives such as employee surveys, performance reviews, and talent management programs
  • Build and maintain HR data analytics, including report writing and data analysis & delivery to leadership 
  • Contribute to P&C projects and initiatives that span operational functions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives
  • Investigative mindset with the ability to conduct thorough analysis of situations through to completion
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a calm and professional manner
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR tools

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • HRBP experience in technology or pharmaceutical industries
  • Experience in the development of compensation plans, including variable compensation plans
  • Passion for furthering DEI Initiatives 
  • Working within a global HR team
  • Comfortable with Google Suite 
  • SHRM Certification
