• Understanding the Domain and application and start building test artifacts with minimal guidance at the earliest.
• Hands-on with test preparation, scripting, and execution in the Agile and DevOps environment
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure business requirement completeness.
• Develop test scenarios and test data to ensure business functionality is thoroughly tested within the sprint
• Preparation, scripting, review and update of test cases and relevant test data consistent with system requirements including functional, integration & regression
• Be proactive and follow Shift-left testing approach in identifying the issues early and following up on them efficiently.
• Support quality assurance initiatives and help institutionalize best practices.

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
• Ability to understand the holistic requirements, review and analyze stories, specifications, and technical design documents and develop detailed test cases and test data to ensure business functionality is thoroughly tested
• Experience in QA Process and QA methodology
• Handson experience in test management tools like JIRA
• Experience in writing DB queries (preferably in postgres/ Snowflake/ MySQL/ RDS)
• Basic idea of Devops concepts with Git, Jenkins
• Basic idea of performance testing
• Experienced working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban
• Key competencies required: Problem-Solving, Analytical, Collaboration, Accountability and stakeholder management.

• Advantage if,
  1. Has Healthcare/Life Sciences domain experience
  2. Has a working knowledge on Performance testing, security testing, and ETL testing
