Job Description

  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs, processes, and objectives.
  • Requirements Analysis: Conduct detailed requirements analysis, translating client needs into clear and actionable implementation plans.
  • Solution Configuration: Configure IntegriChain's software solutions to align with client requirements, ensuring a seamless integration into their existing systems.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous testing of configured solutions to validate functionality and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of implementation processes, configurations, and any customizations made for clients.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring they can effectively use and maintain the implemented solutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and data analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of IntegriChain's implementation methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Any Science/Technology Graduate/Post-Graduate degree can be considered
  • 1-3 years of industry experience
  • Proven ability to learn tasks and skills efficiently and accurately
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to manage quantitative data effectively 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong presentation skills
  • Flexible attitude to meet changing customer needs and management demands
  • Good abilities in use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ready to work in a complex and global environment
