Job Description
This job will be on-site in our Philadelphia office located at 8 Penn Center in the heart of Philadelphia!
Mission:
To help ensure success and timely claim processing for IntegriChain’s Medicaid Clients and to remain compliant in the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program.
Duties:
- Receive, scan and file Medicaid Invoices and mail
- Payment processing and distribution of checks and supporting documentation
- Update and maintain status trackers
- Monitor Department Email Box
- Maintain filing system of invoices
- Inventory invoices and check stock
Outcomes:
- Ensure all assigned hard copy and electronic Medicaid Invoices are received and scanned in the allotted time
- Mail is opened, reviewed, and allocated to appropriate team members
- Electronic mailbox is monitored and kept up to date
- Checks are printed and distributed ensuring on time payments

- Computer Skills (Excel; Google Suite)
