Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor data automation scripts, including research and remediation of job failures
• Build domain expertise through collaborative work, continuous learning, and client engagement
• Manage validation, calculation, reporting and delivery of membership and purchase-based rebates
• Work with internal stakeholders to identify potential process and tooling improvements
• Elicit business requirements and robustly analyze data to verify and document technical requirements
• Collaborate with delivery team on solution design and implementation of process automation and tooling improvements

• 7 or more years of experience in business, technology and data management
• 3 years SQL and Excel experience, working knowledge Python and MFT/ETL tools
• Effective communication with varying levels of internal/external stakeholders from business and technical teams
• Data pipeline management
• Familiarity with data modeling and architect solutions 
• Proficiency reading, writing, and optimizing complex SQL queries (preferably SQL Server, MySQL, PL/SQL) 
• Advanced analytical skills with daily experience validating, manipulating, and analyzing financial data
• Eagerness to identify issues and take initiative in process improvement
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and consistently follow-through on assigned tasks
• Capable of working autonomously with guidance, knowing when to seek assistance while maintaining accountability

Preferred:

• Knowledge of US pharma commercial contracting, pricing, chargeback processing, and claim adjudication
• Systems integration, business analyst or operations experience within revenue management
• Management consulting or relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
• Experience with Model N Flex, Model N Powered by N, Vistex, or iContracts software
• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business or STEM fields of study
