Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions, along with experience working with Nuvolo Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) and Connected Workplace solutions. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
  • Implement and support Nuvolo applications, including facilities, asset, maintenance, and workplace management solutions.
  • Develop custom applications, workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and integrations within ServiceNow.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Asset Management, and CMDB.
  • Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Perform system upgrades, patch management, and platform enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with business users, architects, and project teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Create technical documentation, knowledge articles, and deployment procedures.
  • Follow ServiceNow and Nuvolo best practices for development, security, and governance.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Nuvolo applications and integrations.
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and catalog development.
  • Strong understanding of CMDB, Asset Management, and workflow automation.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
     

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Nuvolo Connected Workplace or IWMS solutions.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certifications.
  • Experience with Facilities Management, Asset Management, Healthcare, or Real Estate solutions.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise integrations.
