Job Description

Integres is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Fiscal and Administrative Services (FAS) division. The selected candidate will lead technology and process-focused projects, with a primary emphasis on the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).

  • Provide leadership and guidance across assigned projects.
  • Establish clear and attainable project objectives and requirements.
  • Develop and manage project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Manage project constraints of cost, time, and scope.
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Direct and manage project development from initiation through closeout.
  • Estimate project resources and adjust plans as needed during execution.
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and the project’s critical path.
  • Create project timelines and milestones, track progress, and ensure deliverables are achieved.
  • Proactively manage scope changes, risks, and potential crises; implement contingency plans where necessary.
  • Provide regular communication of plans, updates, issues, and accomplishments to stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple smaller projects simultaneously, when required.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer to internal staff at project completion.

Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of IT Project Management experience.
  • Two (2) engagements of six months or longer in an IT Project Manager role.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with proven success guiding project teams.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP Certification (Project Management Professional).
  • Experience managing projects in a government or public sector environment.
  • Familiarity with financial, administrative, or document management systems.
  • Background in managing multiple, concurrent IT initiatives.
