Job Description

1. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or business administration or related field.

2. The candidate should have an minimum experience of 3 years.

3. Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.

4. Assess the change impact and complete change management assessments.

5.  Create a change management strategy.

6.  Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics.

7.  Identify and manage anticipated resistance.

 8.  Consult and coach project teams.

9. Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communication plan, sponsor road map, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan.

10. Support communication and training efforts.

11. Support and engage senior leaders, and coach managers and supervisors.

12. Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.

 13. Coordinate efforts with other specialists within the Human Resources (HR) and other departments.

14. Integrate change management activities into the project plan.

15. Evaluate and ensure user readiness.

16. Manage stakeholders while tracking and reporting issues.

17. Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. 18. Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.

12. Familiarity with project management approaches, and tools and phases of the project life cycle.

 13. Experience with large- or medium-scale organizational change efforts, preferably in the development arena or scientific setting.

Desired Skills:

• Change management certification or designation desired; Prosci Certification a plus
