Integres LLC, a SDVOSB, has an immediate full-time opening for an Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) Developer. This position requires an experienced (5+ years) Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) Developer, with a solid background in design and build throughout the OBIEE lifecycle: source data > ETL using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) > physical tables in the data warehouse > OBIEE RPD build (BMM layer star schemas, etc.) > Presentation layer build of OBIEE dashboards and reports/graphs. In addition to OBIEE lifecycle experience, Oracle EBS knowledge and a strong understanding of finance are key skills.

This is a team-oriented build, so the ability to design and build cooperatively is key. Candidate should have a positive, effective, and creative approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication and teaming ability are key skills.

Local residency near Scott AFB, IL area is desired.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Work within a team environment to provide technical support for Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) 12c build, located at Scott AFB, TFMS.

·       Use current industry best-practices when designing Star Schemas and data modeling/data architecture concepts in the OBIEE Oracle Data warehouse environment.

·       Design, build, and maintain metadata solutions (hierarchies) that drive reporting. Clear understanding of “drill down” in hierarchies, and how metadata dimensions in star schemas support presentation-layer reporting.

·       Presentation layer: assist with the design and build of dashboards, reports, graphs, maps and other presentation-layer objects, in OBIEE.

·       Perform design, development, and testing that meets/exceeds industry best practice standards for OBIEE.

·       Approach problem solving creatively and effectively with the ability to support the existing logic and fix any bug or defect issues, and the ability to re-architect or build new, using Oracle implementation experience and knowledge.

·       Work well as a team to provide timely and accurate resolution for OBIEE/ODI issues

·       Assist with creating and performing testing scenarios, for example: “fail over” (moving from one server environment to another), that identify performance issues, that catch any data discrepancies or irregularities, or that properly tie out financial data.

·       Remain abreast of industry trends, development skills/tools, and best practice standards, and be able to articulate ideas for change in a way that is constructive.
