Business analysts typically take the lead role in:

• Assisting with the business case
• Planning and monitoring
• Eliciting requirements
• Requirements organization
• Translating and simplifying requirements
• Requirements management and communication
• Requirements analysis

Required skills:

We need people with 5-10 years of experience and having experience with annuity product development is likely the most useful background.

Having exposure to other regulatory and compliance issues would be a plus
