Job Description
Position: Compensation Analyst III
Duration: Full-Time+ great benefits+ Bonus
Location: Penn Plaza, Newark, NJ
Direct Client: Immediate Interview
The Compensation Analyst III will be focusing on the design, development, and maintenance aspects of critical compensation plans including but not limited to: Sales Incentives and Long-Term Incentives (LTI). As a senior-level position within the Compensation group, the candidate will be responsible for the design and administration of current compensation plans, as well as recommending enhancements and adjustments to current plans to increase efficiency and insure compliance with government regulations.
Responsibility
• Prepare presentations for Board of Directors meetings related to AIP and LTI goals and results as well as Executive Compensation recommendations.
• Maintain and administer the company's Total Rewards statements in coordination with our external vendor.
• Maintain and update the LTI plan including changes in participation, obtaining business results, calculating awards and payout to participants as well as providing accrual data for Finance.
• Coordinate the creation of annual compensation statements for all Officers as well as participation statements for Directors in the LTI plan.
• Responsible for salary survey submission for Executive roles/surveys. Coordinate market data information from surveys with external consultant.
• Conduct position evaluations/re-evaluations for Director level roles within the organization.
• Assist more junior staff and provide assistance and mentoring as needed.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis.
Education/Experience:
• Requires Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university.
• Requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in Compensation.
• Experience with Long-Term Incentive compensation plans required.
• Experience with Total Rewards programs preferred.
Additional licensing, certifications, registrations:
• CCP designation preferred
Knowledge:
• PeopleSoft, Microsoft Office with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
