• The lab based role entails the development of ultra-sensitive quantitative assays for small and large molecule biomarkers in relevant cells and biological fluids (plasma, tissue, etc.)
• This position requires strong bioanalytical expertise, proven expertise in chromatography, triple quadrupole quantitative mass spectrometry and potentially HRMS
• The candidate will participate in all phases of mass spec laboratory operations including the development of sample preparation and separation methods, assay execution, instrument maintenance, data analysis and reporting
• Run bioanalytical assays under minimal supervision; initiative in method development is expected
• Independent daily operation, calibration, maintenance, and trouble-shooting of multi-dimensional chromatography and triple quadrupole mass spectrometry instrumentation (high flow to nano scale, HPLC and SFC)
• Support analysis of lipid panel using SFC-MS/MS
• Support analysis of quantitative LC-MS/MS data using relevant bioinformatics and quantitation software
• Apply existing protein quantitation workflows using bead and column based immunoaffinity enrichment including the use of automation
• Support bio-marker and PK/PD studies as needed
