Job Title: Bio Analyst

Location: Groton - CT

Duration: 1 Year+(Possible Extension)


Job Description: 

PDM LBA Group - Antibody Drug Conjugate PK Bioanalytical Position Job Focus Responsible for non-regulated pharmacokinetic (PK). 

Bio therapeutics study sample analysis with ligand binding assays (LBA) using a range of platforms but with a focus on generic assays using the Gyro Lab platform to support local and global preclinical programs.


Responsibilities:

• Sample receipt, storage, organization and disposition.

• Sample MRD and dilution in preparation for analysis with and without the use of automated liquid handling. 

• QC and standard curve preparation. 

• PK and TK sample analysis, run acceptance and data review. 

• Routine operation of Gyro lab and maintenance, reagent inventory management specific to assays supported.

• Documentation with EWorkook.


Technical Skill Requirements:

• Proven ability to generate high quality data.

• Strong organizational and time management skills. 

• Excellent pipetting skills.

• General understanding and skills in bioanalytical laboratory techniques. 

• Experience with project management beneficial.

• Experience with laboratory information management systems beneficial.

• Knowledge of PK beneficial.


Qualifications

Qualifications:


2-3+ years industry (contract research organization, pharmaceutical or biotechnology) experience ideally with a focus in on PK LBA analysis of Bio therapeutics or experience in a medical technology/laboratory medicine setting. 


• Working knowledge of quantitative immunoassays and assay performance criteria


• Demonstrated ability to routinely execute complex assays successfully. 


• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.


• Willingness to learn. 


• Self-starter with strong work ethic.
