Position Details:

Title: Document Control Specialist

Location: Lexington, MA

Duration: 3+ Months

Summary:

• This role is focused on document coordination activities. 

• Office/desk based experience 

• They are simply pulling and sending documents-NOT reviewing. 

• Fulfilling various requests from manufacturing sites from batch records (80-90%) 

• Will work in SharePoint document system, Trackwise, and SAP program. 

• Will pull the batch records from these systems and send them back to manufacturing to use

Experience:

• Candidates must have experience in document management/document coordination –at least 3-4 years of experience. 

• Lab backgrounds, High level QA/QC, batch record review would not be a fit. 

• Degree not important
