Process Analyst/Procurement Analyst 

Duration: 3-6+ Months

Location: Newark NJ

Immediate Interview 

Job Description: 

Initially set to the end of the year. Possibility to extend.

Not looking for a buyer, this individual will be working on data analysis for spend data, adhoc reporting, pulling data from SAP and working alongside buyers or strategic sourcing in the group

Will be working in Access, excel and SAP

Pulling data from SAP, reformatting and sending out to end users 

Providing process support – assessments, audits 

Assisting with vendor registration process 

Traveling may be required once or twice a month to various locations 

• Must have intermediate to advanced excel skills

• Access experience 

• 2 to 3 years of experience working in SAP - knowledge of procurement process 

• 2 to 5 years of experience with a degree but willing to consider candidates without degree if they have strong experience 

• Project Management experience is a plus – Six Sigma, PMP Certification, was the lead on a recent project (procurement system implementation), P2P

• Would like to start with a phone screen and follow up with an onsite interview. 

• Procurement experience
