Job Title: Business Analyst

Duration: 3 Months

Location: Grand Rapid, MI

Job Description & Skills Required: 

• Project implementation, testing, creating user test cases, test result analysis/troubleshooting. 
• Facets knowledge specific to enrollment and billing. 
• Knowledge of electronic data transfers (i.e. 834, 820's.) 
• Testing quoting and enrollment tools specific to benefits and rate updates and any new user interface functionality 
• Testing upgrades to Facets billing/enrollment automation related to terminations and reinstatements.
