• 4-6 years experience Java/J2EE Developer; 

• Requirements gathering; 

• Analysis and Design, Coding, Unit Testing, UML designs

Optional skills : XSL, WebSphere Portal Server 7.0, Hibernate/iBatis, MQ, Exposure to IDE like RAD, CM tools like Dimensions
