Job Details:

Title: Collections Associate

Location: Exton, PA

Duration: 2 - 3 months + (possible extension)

Job Description:

• This role will report to Collection Lead. 

• Experience in Financial Accounting Capable of working independently and applying analytical skills in the collection process. 

• Experience in handling high volume account portfolios. 

• Customer focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to leverage and build on ERP skills. 

Responsibilities:

• Support supervisor on day to day activities and deliverables of the US collections portfolio. Responsible for the collections for the US which include: customer focused on us delivery Manage and execute dunning process. 

• Follow up on disputes, deductions and late payments. Coordinate and support the preparation of adhoc - reports.

• Proactively identify risk and issues within applicable areas. Assist Collection Lead and Global Process Owner(GPO) to identify and implement process improvement initiatives and best practices.

Education:

• 0-2 years working with accounts receivables collections experience. Basic ms office skills. Hands on experience in ERP systems (oracle,SAP, Polaris) . 

• Must have business to business credit/collections experience. 

• Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner. Experience in customer service with excellent communication skills.
