This position is with my direct client 

Assess patients' physical therapy needs, establishes treatment programs and goals. Assures that physical therapy interventions are provided in a safe, effective and caring manner. Completes patient documentation records as required by standards and regulations. 

Minimum Requirements:

Must be able to provide safe, compassionate and competent physical therapy treatments. Must be able to communicate with patients, family and co-workers in a friendly, supportive manner. Must have successfully completed clinical experiences as required by schools.

Licensure and Certifications: 

BLS certification required. Must have or be eligible for Physical Therapy Licensure in US.

Bachelor's, Master's degree, DPT, or Certificate of Proficiency in Physical Therapy required.
