Job Description

• Responsible for conducting pharmacovigilance case reconciliation with business partner, patient support programs and market research. 

• Candidate will request/create reconciliation monthly data, send monthly data and/or request monthly data from other parties and manage responses. 

• Candidate will also interact with PV personnel to resolve any outstanding cases that cannot be reconciled until satisfactory. In addition, candidate will be responsible for data basing all communications with partners as well as internal PV staff. 

• Finally, candidate will assist the pharmacovigilance contracts team with distribution and documentation of monthly line listings and aggregate reports as needed. 

• Prior knowledge of clinical data management, reconciliation or pharmacovigilance reconciliation is a plus. 

• Good record keeping and quality to detail is required. 

• Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook) is a must. 

• Argus or other safety/clinical database experience is preferable.
