Job Description

ARIBA SOURCE TO PAY SPECIALIST
MUTILPLE POSITIONS
Location: Princeton NJ
Duration: 6+ months
Responsibilities:
• Provide administration of the processes associated to the management of users of Source to Pay (S2P) application technology - Ariba OnDemand (AOD), Ariba Network (AN), EchoSign, Onyx, etc.
· Manage to resolution any reported S2P user access issues associated to supported applications.
· Create and submit User Access Review (UAR) files based upon the respective system schedule; keeping knowledge base current on S2P technology user access rights; manage the administration of access provision within S2P technology, including management of eSetup escalation and issue resolution, and support through software releases.
· Assist manager with S2P technology and automation projects including: develop, document, and execute test scripts, document results of test scripts, investigate root cause of testing defects, and provide updates on deliverable status.
• Develop and maintain a customer-focused relationship with business stakeholders and other IT areas by exhibiting a high level of collaboration, timely communication and responsiveness.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
• 1 to 3 years of technical support experience with ERP applications. Preference for SAP ECC, Ariba OnDemand, and/or Ariba Network.
• Good understanding of best practices and current trends in technology relative to S2P is a plus.
• Experience with application maintenance activities, including change/release management process/system(s).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a matrix organization and achieve objectives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be customer focused – meaning must be able to understand the importance stakeholders business objectives and drive the process towards achieving those objectives.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record in working with all levels of an organization’s technical and business departments.
• Must be a self-starter, enthusiastic; and possess very strong organizational, task management and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated ability to complete deliverables on time and within budget.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
