Job Description

Responsibilities: 


• This role will provide project management support to the GMA Strategic Planning organization. 

• Anticipate and resolve administrative needs including last minute meetings requests, unforeseen calendar changes, unexpected travel reservations, all taken care of with ease, autonomy, and proper follow through with stakeholders. 

• The incumbent will thrive in an environment where priorities change daily, and where he/she wears many hats, is focused, detailed-oriented and thrives in a fast paced environment. 

• He/she is able to think “outside the box” and prioritize tasks and decisions in a timely manner. 

• The incumbent will look for ways to improve current processes, and to produce high-quality results. 

• He/she will balance his/her workload by prioritizing tasks and requests according to the goals and deadlines of the Head of GMA Strategic Planning 

• Support organizational and team projects as needed 

• Provide Global Medical Team meeting coordination and support, as needed 

• Provide advisory board coordination and support, as needed 


Skills/Behaviors:


• Attention on to detail 

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel 

• Must be comfortable with data analytics 

• Must be able to interact and communicate professionally with visitors, vendors and individuals at all levels of the organization

• Utilizes professional judgment when dealing and dispersing confidential information

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required 


• At least 5-7 years’ experience in a project manager role 


• Familiarity of Pharmaceutical / Biotech Global Medical Affairs organization and / or Research and Development organization preferred
