Summary - University Relations Department – Choosing schools to recruit at, campus relations/events, doing interviews, engaging and attracting students/alumni, upholding vendor relationships, data collection, using technology to recruit new talent from different universities/colleges

Key to the position:

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Articulate, strong command over English, great communicator

• Ability to run meetings and make presentations to large groups with high level executives

• 5 yrs exp is preferred, but will take less exp if the person has a strong personality and fits the description well

• This is a support role, not looking for a recruiter/sourcer/traditional HR coordinator

• Needs to be inquisitive, a question asker

• Prefers someone with customer service exp, who is outgoing

• Social media exp is a plus

This person will be working with Recruiters/Sourcers but will not be doing the recruiting and sourcing. They will be marketing the value of the resumes, working on candidate and vendor relationships, doing electronic evaluations of candidates, promoting them and holding events.
