Our client is looking to hire Research Associate II

Biologist to perform laboratory duties primarily related to the development and implementation of in vitro biochemical and cellular assays required to profile small molecules and biologics of interest. Employee will be expected to run analytical tools, biochemical and cell-based assays to support preclinical programs. Candidate should have hands on experience and proficiency with the use of analytical tools, biochemical and cell-based assays such as ELISA, Western blot, spectrophotometry, fluorimetry, molecular biology, transfections, PCT and RT-PCR, protein labeling and modification. Confocal microscopy, flow cytometry, and retroviral based gene transfer and expression a plus.
