Job Description: 

This individual will work with a cross functional team on resolving Packaging Material Center specification discrepancies. 

The Project Coordinator will be responsible managing both Chemical and Packaging suppliers Change Controls and ensure timely closure.

Requirements: 

• Knowledge and experience working within a cGMP environment 

• Strong analytical skills 

• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills (experience working with Suppliers preferred) 

• Ability to identify and report trends/emerging issues 

• Ability to translate findings into recommended actions • Business acumen in multiple functions preferred 

• Technical background a plus; understanding/experience relating to CAPAs and packaging components 

• Works well in team environment 

• Ability to work in a matrix team environment expected 

Deliverables: 

• Update the CAPA material tracker based on PMC’s spec revision process. 

• Update CAPA-tracker based on Sites’ feedback as needed 

• Contact suppliers to verify any manufacturing location differences between the Certificate of Conformance and the tracker and correct the tracker with the appropriate action. 

• Prepare quarterly update reports to the CAPA

• Complete of all relevant trainings for the assigned tasks timely
