Our Direct client in Eddystone, PA  is actively seeking Technical Application Manager (COBOL) for a contract to hire opportunity.

The Technical Manager is someone who would oversee a team of developers (task assignment, resource allocation, resource management etc).

The technical skill set would be Mainframe / COBOL / VSAM
