This is a Direct Hire role with the client

Recruits, interviews and recommends placement of candidates from both internal and external sources. Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs. Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates.

Extends approved offers to selected candidates and may arrange for relocation. Stays informed of developments in wages and salaries, employee benefits and general human resource policies. This is an executive recruiter position. Individual will take ownership for the full recruitment lifecycle of searches for VP level and above across all disciplines. Executive Recruiter will also assist VP Talent Acquisition with C-sutie searches as needed.

Ten or more years experience recruiting at the executive level in bio or pharma required. Experience with R&D and Commercial profiles highly desirable. Comfort working with C-suite executives extremely important thus excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills needed.
