Requirements/Certifications:

- Candidates can work either in Scottsdale (preferable) or Maryland Heights

- Hours flexible, typically 8:00 AM -5:00 PM, M-F

- Strong phone and data entry skills required

- Proficient with MS Office software. - Ability to type 60 WPM. - Strong ten key user.- Results and solution oriented; not afraid to ask questions Minimum of 1 year customer service, claims, or general office.Customer ServiceHigh School (Required) GED (Required)

Description:

· Responsible for creation and maintenance of the enrollment and disenrollment of eligible Medicare Part D enrollees

· Evaluates data and determines what process is required for specific systems and accounts.

· Processes member enrollment and change of coverage requests.

· Corresponds with contacts regarding member and data.

· Resolves problems with automated transmission of authorizations.

· Responsible for timely and accurate keying of enrollment and disenrollment.
