Job Description:

• Provides operational support for mission critical PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain Applications supporting a global organization.

• Participates in 24x7 on-call rotational support model

• Minimum 5 years of development and operational support experience in a PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain environment. Prefer PeopleTools 8.5x experience.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Oracle SQL or similar relational database.

• Strong knowledge of and adherence to development standards (including testing and migration procedures) and implementing best practices.

• Demonstrated experience with Oracle SQL performance tuning and optimization.

• Ability to demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and lead high-visibility efforts.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with end users.

• Strong conceptual and problem solving skills, with the ability to develop initiatives, as well as recommend solutions to improve efficiency.

• Need to be capable of working independently, as well as in a team environment.

• Strong expertise with PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine/Cobol/Sqr, BI Publisher, Data Mover, Integration Broker, etc.).

• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.

• Excellent functional and technical understanding of PeopleSoft General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management (A/R) as well as a working knowledge of Billing, Inventory, Cost Accounting , Manufacturing (PIDs/BOMs/Routings), and EDI

• Experience with Control-M, ServiceNow and exposure to ITIL a plus.
