Acute Hospital clinical experience and hospital case management experience
Discharge planning experience (home care, infusion, DME)
Competent in case management systems if possible, prefer allscripts
InterQual knowledgeable
Good communication skills
Local insurance company awareness
Ability to drive throughput, monitor LOS and readmissions
