Integrated Dermatology has an opportunity for a full-time Histotech in Madison, Trumbull. Groton, Vernon. Simsbury and Southbury locations 

• Prepare tissue samples by fixing, staining, dying, and other methods 
• Operate the cryostat proficiently and efficiently. This includes following all procedures for operation, safety, and maintenance
• Keep a clean and disinfected work area 
• Maintain inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment 

• Experience working in a lab is preferred, as this is a critical part of the job 
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment 
• ability to work independently and with other team members

Job Type

• Full time 
• must be able to travel to all locations listed ( Madison, Trumbull, Groton, Vernon, Simsbury, and Southbury). Travel Reimbrumsnt is provided 

Experience: 

• Mohs experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate 

Certifications/ Licenses

• Must have ASCP HT License 

Pay:

• Starts at $30 hourly and increases with experince
