Job Description

Duties: 

  • ‪Travel to a handful of practices to support Mohs surgeon
  • Escort patients to and from exam room
  • Document in Electronic Health Record (EHR)
  • Sterilize / pack instruments 
  • Comfortable with removing sutures/ staples/ pressure bandaging 
  • Assist with ordering supplies
  • Help provide great care and great customer service

Qualifications: 

  • Medical Assistant, experience and patient care a priority
  • Dermatology experience a plus - must be able to work at hectic pace and enjoy the thrill!
  • Ability to work independently and with other team members

Job Type:

  • Full-time Monday - Friday
  • Travel between Madison, Trumbull, Southbury. Simsbury, and Groton ( Usually Monday to Thursday with occasional Fridays )

Experience:

  • Mohs experience preferred but we will train the right candidate

Education:

  • High School Diploma

Certifications/Licenses:

  • Certified Medical Assistant preferred 

Compensation:

  • Hourly pay $22+ based on experience
  • Performance based bonus – UP to 10% of base annualized compensation
  • Travel stipend
