Are you a Senior or Principal Development Engineer looking to develop the next generation of automotive electrification?
Would you like to be part of a team developing ground-breaking e-drive products for some very well-known vehicles?
We are seeking Development Engineers interested in a fast paced, challenging and varied role, to develop and deliver high performance e-drive systems for a number of prestigious customers and ground breaking vehicles.
2018 was an exceptional year at Integral Powertrain, two of our high-power density Integral e-Drive motors powered the record-breaking run at Pikes Peak in the Rocky Mountains where the times for electric vehicles and the overall speed record were smashed.
Our e-drive technology has not only set new standards in electric powertrain, our motors have been involved in smashing world records and have since been recognised with a multitude of industry awards.

Our Development Engineers will:
·Develop and implement test procedures
·Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected problems.
·Interpret and analyse results and data, creating reports and documentation which can be presented to key stakeholders
·Working closely with design, production and manufacturing engineers
·Manage and coordinate supplier delivery of correct level hardware and software to match rig, vehicle and engine program expectations / requirements.
·To supervise and inspect the installations/ modifications and commissioning of mechanical systems at client facilities.
·Support the development of quality and validation processes, demonstrating through validation testing and system/features meet all specified requirements.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally be degree qualified in a mechanical engineering subject, have strong experience in developing complex mechanical systems - ideally powertrain systems, preferably with working knowledge of Matlab, Inca or Atlas software.
